Bautocracy Inaction

In this quick report, we have an example of bautocracy in action - or inaction in this case. The Chemical Industry does not want to have to secure their plants against possible attacks by terrorists. Homeland Security has spent $10 million on increasing security measures at chemical plants; but chemical industry lobbyists spent at least $17 million to defeat legislation for additional security measures - read all of the details here.
Remember bautocray means the US replaces "one man-one vote" with votes and influence bought legally by the highest bidder.
